LeadarX Partners With 12 Nigerian Companies for Graduate Placement

What We Have Built

Over the past year, the LeadarX team has worked to formalise relationships with hiring companies that have directly employed our graduates or expressed strong interest in doing so. We have now signed partnership agreements with 12 organisations across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, spanning fintech, FMCG, e-commerce, and marketing agencies.

What This Means for Graduates

Graduates from LeadarX programs will have their CVs and portfolios shared directly with hiring managers at partner companies when relevant roles open. This is not a job guarantee. It is a significant advantage. Getting your portfolio in front of a hiring manager who already trusts the standard of LeadarX graduates is a different experience from a cold application that sits in a database.

The Companies

We are not disclosing the full list publicly at this time as some partnerships are still being finalised. What we can say is that the companies span the four sectors mentioned, range from 50-person startups to large enterprises, and have between them hired 23 LeadarX graduates in the past 18 months. We expect that number to more than double in the next year.

For Current Students

If you are currently enrolled in a LeadarX program, you will receive more details about the partnership network during your career support sessions. Focus on building a strong portfolio, not just completing the curriculum. The companies we work with are looking for evidence of work, not just certificates.

What We Are Building Toward

Our long-term goal is to be the most reliable pipeline of work-ready tech talent in Nigeria. This partnership program is one part of that. We are also building a graduate hire board, expanding our alumni community, and developing relationships with companies hiring Nigerian talent for international remote roles.
